Апартамента е голям, спокойно може да побере до 6 човека
Няма обособено паркомясто към самият апартамент, съответно кой предвари, той завари - паркинга е частен да,но ако нямаше свободно място, колата трябваше да стои на улицата, която съответно е платена зона. Стара сграда, на която й пада мазилката. Цена съотношение качество - твърде висока, а в района няма нищо забележително!
