Awesome value for space, very close to Heidelberg, low stress environment for coming/going: 5 stars!
This is more like a condominium or townhouse than an apartment or hotel room mainly because there is plenty of space, has all the amenities (microwave, spacious kitchen, etc.) and is on the second level up and there is no need to pay or search for parking spaces and you can come and go as you please. It is very close to Heidelberg which was a huge plus and is near a store (Penny Markt) that carries nearly everything.
A few minor things such as lots of windows, some motion lights that were strangely located and a few silverfish, but the owner is very responsive and responded immediately to fix an issue that was raised and is easy to reach via phone.
