Das Zimmer war gemütlich, ordentlich und groß genug. Die Lage in Hamburg auch in Ordnung. Alles gut zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war genial! Wir werden nochmal wiederkommen!

Please pay attention to the needs of your guests intime!
The location is perfect, the bus #12 goes every 10 min and it takes only 20 min to reach a central part of the city. The room is very clean and comfortable. A lady on the reception was very kind to us and gave us a room without waiting for check-in time.
Before I paid for the room, I have messaged to the hotel with the question if there are any construction works near the hotel (because I saw reviews from other guests with such a topic and needed a very quite place without any noise). The answer was: no, noone construction works are near the hotel. The first Monday of our staying in the hotel started for us at 7am because of construction works noise in 100m from the hotel. After I complained, the receptionist offered to change the room, we did it, but the day was quite stressful.
