Excellent facility with spacious clean rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There are bikes available to use.
Depending on your needs, the location may be a bit far from the city center, but the public transportation network is accessible in front of the hotel and is very efficient. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants in the area.

Gutes Hotel mit brauchbarer Busanbindung zur Innenstadt
Ausgesprochen freundlicher Empfang durch den Rezeptionisten, auch der Sonderwunsch wurde ohne mit der Wimper zu zucken erfüllt. Parken in der Garage und Nutzung des öffentlichen Nahverkehrs waren inkludiert. Großes Zimmer mit Blick zum Gaisberg, man konnte Fenster und Balkontür vollständig öffnen (Klimaanlage ist zwar da, mag ich aber nicht). Zur Bushaltestelle wenige Meter. Frühstück war ok, man bemühte sich um zufriedene Gäste.
Es sind Kleinigkeiten: der Zimmerservice schien ein wenig überfordert zu sein. Einmal war kein Toilettenpapier mehr da, dann fehlte die Seife. Am Abreisetag kam jemand bereits 8 Uhr ins Zimmer. Klopfen und gleichzeitig Tür öffnen sollte man nicht tun. Statt Bewegungsmeldern im Zimmer hätte ich mir simple Lichtschalter gewünscht. Beim Frühstück war eines Tages ein Kellner alleine, der quasi kein Deutsch sprach. Da waren die Warmspeisen kalt und das Licht aus.

Обслуживание прекрасное, доброе ,отзывчивый персонал ,очень комфортные номера. Положение прекрасное очень удобно добираться бесплатные билеты на автобусе бесплатная парковка супер отель, ресторан прекрасный! Завтраки замечательные!

The stay was good, and the apartment was neat and clean. .
However, the breakfast was disappointing, with limited options that were not good either
