    Dieser Anbieter ist Bankrott gegangen und hat uns wortwörtlich im Regen stehen gelassen. Immerhin hat Booking uns sehr schnell und unkompliziert eine Ersatz-Unterkunft besorgen können.

    IT IS A SCAM, DO NOT BOOK!!!! YOU WILL LOSE THE MONEY AND WILL HAVE TO GET ANOTHER ACCOMMODATION!!!

    Don't book this stay, it is a scam!!! I never got inside the apartment because the lockbox did not open, even with the code provided by the host. Not to mention, when I arrived at the main door the same code was already put in the lockbox, possibly from other people that got scammed too and could not get the keys with the same code provided. I called the host multiple times, left messages, but he never actually responded. It is a shame that booking.com still has this listing up, when I talked to the customer service they couldn't get ahold of the host either. Lost money that was never refunded back.

    Betrug/fraude/scam

    Ich hatte das Apartment für 4 Nächte gebucht. Ich war um die vereinbarte Check-in Zeit beim Apartment. Der Code zur Schlüsselbox funktionierte nicht. Der Gastgeber war weder vor Ort noch telefonisch erreichbar. Auf meine Nachrichten hat er nicht reagiert. Ich musste in eine andere Unterkunft. Am nächsten Morgen hatte er mir wegen "No Show" den ganzen Aufenthalt storniert - ohne das Geld zurückzuschicken. Wir sind mit Booking im Prozess. Wenn man nicht in die Unterkunft reinkommt, muss man sich im Zeitraum von 45 Minuten nach der vereinbarten Check-in Zeit bei Booking telefonisch melden
