    The host was very responsive and quick to answer. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The location is in a quiet sidestreet more on the outside of the center not within walking distance to some popular parts of Almaty.

    Great location, friendly owner, nice for short stay.

    Good location, private, washer.

    Fresh air, ventilation and bathroom could use better ventilation. I advise to regularly let the water run through all drains and siphons.

    Comfortable, quiet room in an excellent location. The neighbourhood is quiet yet in walking distance to bus stops, supermarkets and sights. There’s a washing machine, kettle, cooking plate, tableware etc. Found a bottle of water, some tea and coffee and a bowl of sweets when I arrived. Friendly, responsive host who provided lots of useful information in advance, met me immediately upon arrival even though it was late in the evening, and was responsive throughout my stay. Extended my stay and would stay there again. Highly recommended.

    Excellent stay in a quiet yet still central part of Almaty

    Everything was cosy and smooth. The room is big enough, well equipped and there is a nice terrace too. Would definitely stay again!

    No negatives. You have to pay the deposit which is then returned to you.

    Отличное расположение: в центре, но тихо и спокойно. Прекрасная хозяйка, всегда на связи. Чисто и аккуратно. . Есть всё что нужно для длительного проживания.
