Alles schön sauber und eine tolle Ausstattung. Uns hat nichts gefehlt.
Die Aufteilung der Zimmer war etwas komisch, da man durch einen Flur musste, um ins Bad zu gelangen.

Freundlicher Vermieter und gute Lage, aber deutliche Mängel bei Sauberkeit und Einrichtung.
Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, kommunikativ und engagiert. Bereits im Vorfeld erhielten wir viele hilfreiche Informationen. Umso bedauerlicher ist es, dass der Zustand und die Sauberkeit der Wohnung nicht zu diesem positiven Eindruck passten. Die Anbindung an die U-Bahn ist sehr gut. Die Haltestelle ist schnell zu erreichen und man gelangt unkompliziert und in kurzer Zeit ins Kölner Zentrum.
Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung ließ leider zu wünschen übrig. Der Backofen war schmutzig und fettig, das Backblech dadurch nicht nutzbar. Auch die Küchenfronten waren verschmutzt und das Regal im Schlafzimmer verstaubt. Insgesamt wirkte die Wohnung nicht gründlich gereinigt. Die Einrichtung ist aus unserer Sicht etwas überladen und zusammengewürfelt. Weniger Möbel, insbesondere einige Regale und Schränke, würden der Wohnung guttun und sie deutlich großzügiger und einladender wirken lassen.

Super lokalita v rámci Kolína (dostupnosti dálnic) a parkování přímo u domu. Chvíli jsme hledali klíče, majitel komunikoval dobře. K apartmánu vede strmé točité schodiště. Zamykání jedné ložnice na starý klíč, který není moc bezpečný. Apartmán je rozdělený a nedá se celý zamknout, jelikož je tam uprostřed únikové schodiště. Postele moc měkké, ale to je na každém co má rád. Velmi dobré vybavení, žehlička, žehlicí prkno, lednice,... Blízko centra. Byli jsme ráno za 15 min v centru Kolína. Pokud si berete apartmán jen pro 2 lidi je ok. Pokud si dokupujete druhou ložnici + 2 lidi, je to přes chodbu okolo únikového východu a není to moc komfortní a bezpečné.
Oddělená ložnice přes chodbu (mimo apartmán). Hledání klíčů. Točité strmé schodiště. Měkké postele moc u země. Pokud je člověk starší hůř se může vstávat. To ale nebyl náš případ. Chudší vybavení ala Ikea.

The owner was very helpful and replied my questions fast. Good location. Fee things that can be improved but overall we had a decent stay over there.
Some cutleries were not clean. The hot water in shower was quite unstable. Pillows are way too soft for us.
