Weltklasse
Alles bestens. Würde immer wieder hinfahren 😊

Absolutely horrible, don't waste your money
Absolutely nothing, maybe just the distance to the beach and town.
Pretty much everything, the place is not an apartment. It's a manky, smelly studio flat down a back alley and up some steps in a block of I don't know how many flats. The musky horrible smell as you walk through the main door and even into the flat was enough to make us feel sick, we had to air it immediately, the rough damaged paintwork all over the flat the front door had what seemed to be a rough white coat of paint thrown over it with all wood still showing through, the bathroom floor had all bubbled, the cutlery and utensils all dirty, the cups all chipped and cracked and unusable. The carpet had so many stains on it it looked horrendous, The sheet on the bed had stains and could see had not been changed nor the duvet cover as it smelt horrible we had to go buy blankets and sleep on top of the duvet and cover pillows in shirts just to sleep. The towels smelt clean. The windows had to be kept open whilst in there due to the smell, which meant we could hear people in the street all night. The views are of buildings, so no views at all. Very disappointing as booked for a weekend break and got there and was horrified but had no choice but to stay as nowhere else had availability at the last minute. Definitely would not recommend it. To charge that much for a horrible, smelly studio flat down a back alley is absolutely ridiculous they should be ashamed of themselves.

Great location, good enough for a weekend.
It was in a good location and suitable for myself and teenage daughter. Kitchen and bathroom was clean and tidy
Some of the kitchen utensils needed more cleaning before use (I suspect others had not done a good job previously). Unsuitable noise dampening from upstairs, I don't believe they were being noisy, but you could hear them walking about quite clearly, anything dropped on the floor above made a fair racket particularly at 4am.
