    Местоположение и внутренний комфорт. Аутентичность аппартаментов: у каждого члена семьи был свой балкончик.

    Точность в порядке открывания внешних замков: коды для наружной и внутренней дверей были перепутаны местами. В квартиру попали только благодаря собственной сообразительности - поменяли коды местами!

    The only saving grace is the location.

    The location was the only saving grace.

    Elevators did not go all the way up to the apartment. Huge accessibility issue. This was not conveyed to us at all before arrival. There was no good way to reach out to the host in case of emergencies. Calls were not picked up. Bed and seating were not comfortable at all. The cushions on the sofa kept on sliding out and it felt like we would fall off the sofa. We had to constantly push the cushions back in. The pillows were too hard. The AC was not working properly. We had it on at 18 degrees Celsius but were sweating throughout the night. Sleep was not comfortable at all. Half the apartment was unusable because it was slanted. We probably hit our heads at least three to four times throughout the stay.
