  У квартиры две комнаты, гардероб и большая лоджия на 5 этаже, есть фен, утюг, холодильник , микроволновка и плита . До метро 7 минут пешком .Привлекательная цена

  У нас на четвертый день пропал интернет, и хозяин не стал решать эту проблему, несмотря на мои просьбы. Приходилось оставшуюся неделю использовать для работы мобильный, это было проблемой. Душ - без дверей уже год, зато с плесенью. Стиральная машина и чайник- я думала это уже не роскошь, но нет. Кондиционеры старые - холодят посредственно, настроить температуру или таймер нельзя. Большой минус для нас - требование полностью обесточить всю квартиру каждый раз когда уходим (карточка была на ключах) Приходилось в жару отключать на целый день холодильник, в котором мы хранили очень дорогое лекарство. Ну и район - не смотря на близость к метро, я бы не советовала - грязно и страшновато.

  The apartment was suitable for a couple, check in and check out were easy. Quite building, and it was very close to the main places in Athens.

  The apartment in general was clean , however the blanket on the bed had a big stain and the sheet were not clean, for us this is the major downside. Also they need to install doors for the shower or at least a curtain to avoid spreading water all over the bathroom when showering.

  Mmmm non userei più quella casa

  Che non era lontano dal centro e che il ragazzo del check in era simpatico

  Che appena siamo arrivati oltre alla zona multietnica che lì non ho avuto problemi l’appartamento era spazioso per una coppia ma era veramente sporco, credo che chi fa le pulizie non ha il senso professionale sull’igiene. Abbiamo comunicato subito al ragazzo Mike e lui con gentilezza il giorno dopo ha fatto pulire l’appartamento. Ma non era pulito in modo prof…. Ce lo siamo fatti andare bene per esigenza e non avevamo tempo di cercare altro visto che eravamo lì per motivi medici.

  The apartment is bright and spacious, with a large terrace and modern, brand-new furniture. It is very well equipped and even includes all the small essentials you might need during your stay, which made it feel very comfortable and convenient. The location is also excellent – just a 10-minute drive to the city center, while the metro station is only a 5-minute walk away, with just 2 stops to the center. A MyMarket supermarket is located only 100 meters from the apartment, along with several smaller local shops.

  On the downside, the cleanliness of the apartment could have been better. There was quite a bit of dust both inside the apartment and on the terrace. Fortunately, the apartment is equipped with everything needed for additional cleaning, so this issue was manageable. We also had a problem with the shower cabin. One of the doors had already been removed and left on the terrace before our arrival, while the other one we had to remove ourselves because it was barely attached and posed a risk of falling.
