Best place at the heart of 'old town' of Riga!
The best place to be just at the heart of Riga. The apartment got everything needed to explore this wonderful gem city of Latvia. Zane was very accommodating and supported me, whenever I needed.

Расположение идеальное. Центр Старой Риги, очень тихо, все необходимое - рядом. Квартира очень уютная, обставлена с хорошим вкусом. Высокие потолки, живые растения. На одну квартиру 4 окна. На кухне и в ванной комнате все продумано и есть все необходимое.

A very bad experience.
Fairly well-located in the centre of Riga. While the house looks fabulous from outside, the stairwell and floor areas of the building at the back of the courtyard, where the apartment is located, are in a state of disrepair.
It has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had with accommodation via booking.com. The contact person did not respond to issues faced during check-in. Unable to get access to the key, I finally called her. All she did was explain to me in an arrogant, dismissive, condescending manner that she had no time to help me find the key. After I finally found my way into the flat, it was freezing cold in there. Heating didn't work. There was no response about this issue from the contact person, neither via WhatsApp nor in the booking.com chat. The low temperature messed up my evening completely. When I informed her that I cannot stay under these conditions and thus may have to look for another place: no response . I thus checked out and moved to another place - still no response about this until today. After about 2 weeks, I'm still waiting for a refund. I can only warn you about booking this place (!). As long as booking.com doesn't take responsibility and ensures a refund of the payment, I boycott the app as well.
