    The apartment is in a quiet sidestreet by the shipyards. There are enough local shops and the neighbours were helpful and friendly. It was a short walk to the harbour ferries and into Birgu. Pick-ups for trips further afield were faultles from the end of th treet. The area is being gradually gentrified so there is some building and some dereliction, but that adds interet. Being able to see into the dockyard was interresting.. The area is just off the turist routes and therefore quieter than Birgu or Valletta. The daily refuse system brought us into contact eith thee neighbours and th streets were kept very clean.

    Designed for summer, the appartment is all hard surfaces and harshly lit. Some though for better deor would help. The light in the hall does not last long enough to get up the stairs to the firt floor,, The nearby dockyard is less of a pleasure when there is a cruise ship being refitted which runs motors all night. The WC cystern needs checking as it is running. Even in October, Valletta and the other touist hot spots were mobbed, assisted by up to five cruise ships in a day, but they bring in th money). Morning and evening rush hours make the already crowded roads very difficult.

    You have all the utensils needed, including washing machine, ironing board ect. The rooms are separate which was what we looked for and the living room/dining area was comfortable. It its self-check - really comfortable to leave or arrive at unconvinient hours. Overall good place

    There was a lot of noise outside. The bathroom was missing some shelves to put your things. It was not squeaking clean at every place though

    Pleasant

    Nice balkony, local neighborhood, quiet at night. Comfortable beds. Big and spacious.

    Cold in winter season. There veren't heating. Air conditioning wasn't enough to heat the appartment. Musty smell in wardrobes and in all appartment. There are no shelves and hooks in the bathroom. Dirty and broken tiles in the bathroom. There were insects in the bedrooms that bites us at night. Dirty and marked windows. A set of seats on the balcony would be useful

    Good

    The size was good enough for the family. There is even a small bed for child till 4 years old.

    In cold season needed more heating. Probably there is a good place in the summers

    Great location, perfect servis!

    Accomodation was perfect! Everyting was prepared, even some wine and cake as a kind gesture of the owner (Benjamin). Even we asked for some addtional things and Bejnamin immidiately brought them which we considered beyond the servis (excelent!!!!). When we needed some local support we could always ask Benjamin and he helped us.
