    Could be amazing after some TLC (maintenance)

    The location is really wonderful for me. Just at the edge of the central pedestrian zone. The apartment feels like a real home, warm and personal.

    There are some significant maintenance issues. The stove doesn’t work, the washing machine is out of order, the lights in the fridge need repair, the filters of the hob extractor need urgent cleaning. The shower head needs cleaning or possibly replacement.
