A comfortable pleasant place conveniently located near the park entrance
The place is clean and comfortable. The kitchen has all the things we need to prepare a simple meal. It is around 15 min to entrance 1. Convenient. There is a restaurant just below the building that serves nice food

Spectacular Splitvice Nationalpark! An amazing experience :)
Lovely place , clean and spacious. Near the entrance 1, if you come by car.
We came by bus and it’s quite a dangerous walk along the busy street to reach the Appartement. Whitout a car there’s nowhere to go as there ist just the street and no paths for walking. But as mentioned the Appartement is lovely and well worth the price.

Просторно, удобно и много чисто място. Апартаментът е на около 1км от националния парк, може да се мине разстоянието и пеша, но няма тротоар по пътя. Като удобства има всичко необходимо, климатика е само във всекидневната, но въпреки това ни беше топло. Има подсигурени кафета и чайове, които влязоха в употреба веднага след връщането ни от парка. 10/10 оценка. Благодарим на Иванка за приятното посрещане!

Schöne und geräumige Wohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Eingang der Seen.
Sehr saubere und geräumige Wohnung in nur ca. 800 m Entfernung zum Eingang der Seen. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Bäder und Toiletten sowie zwei Schlafzimmer. Im selben Gebäude befindet sich zudem auch ein Restaurant.

Great place to stay when visiting Plitvice Lakes National Park!
Apartment Ivanka was a perfect place for us to explore Plitvice Lakes Park. It was located within 5 minutes to Entrance 1 of the park and about 8 minutes from Entrance 2. The apartment was clean comfortable and very quiet. It was very handy being literally right next door to Restaurant Petar where we enjoyed a spectacular lunch on the day of our arrival. There were many more restaurants located nearby, as well as multiple places for buying groceries. Ivanka was easy to communicate with and was very accommodating, as she generously allowed us to check in early, which was very helpful.
The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the showers which had a tendency to leak a lot of water onto the bathroom floors.
