Great location, but the apartment is dirty and poorly maintained.
The apartment's only real advantage is its location in Dorćol, just a 6–7 minute walk from Knez Mihailova Street. There are also plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby.
The apartment is old and poorly maintained, with a strong overall feeling of uncleanliness. There is a musty, neglected smell both in the building entrance and inside the apartment. There is no washbasin in the bathroom, and the bathtub is old and damaged. The interior doors are also old and in poor condition. The apartment is on the ground floor, with windows facing directly onto the street. It is therefore not possible to keep the windows open without people passing by being able to see directly inside.
