  I think some of my friends commented on this unfair place.I booked 5 nights at first but then extended my stay to 8 nights. It is a very good place in terms of location, and the presence of a beautiful balcony allows you to sit and enjoy this balcony with your fellow traveler instead of paying money in the nearby restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and you get a good rest at night, and having a living room overlooking the street atmosphere and restaurants will always put you in the heart of the city. Of course, the facilities are suitable for up to 3 people, and if you are two, you can be sure to enjoy this place. The neighbors are very quiet and the ventilation inside and its cooling is very good.I've read the reviews, maybe for one night you expect a lot, but you'll see that in the following days you can't move from this place because you're so comfortable. It has good access to Republic Square with a pleasant walk, and when you like to eat in a restaurant, the best restaurants in Yerevan are only minutes away from you, and finally do not forget about Malibu Park, which is two minutes away and a thousand steps in 5 minutesMy friend, please take this message seriously and talk to the rest of your friends about the pleasure of being here.

  Худшая ночь за последнее время

  Находиться в центре, вид из окна и красивый балкон

  Очень редко пишу отзывы в которых выражаю недовольство, но считаю что своим отзывом могу предостеречь некоторые семьи. Мы были семьей из 4х человек. Два взрослых и ребенок 11 и 16 лет. Все началось с того, что был подтверждено бронирование на 4 человека, а удобств ( постельное белье, спальное место, тапочки, полотенца и прочее) было только на двоих, по итогу два человека спали в одежде сидя на диване так как он тоже не расправлялся и не было постельного комплекта. Постельное белье было в пятнах, кровать разваливается , в ванной капала вода с потолка на пол, в общем осадок ужасный. Мы часто бываем в Ереване и впервые сталкиваемся с таким сервисом. Так же мы бронировали через booking и я выбрала опцию где оплата на месте, она была замечу дороже чем оплата при бронировании, на что нам пришло сообщение от владельцев, оплатите все равно заранее иначе бронирование будет аннулировало… Об остальных мелких недостатках даже говорить не буду это можно пережить, но нам было достаточно того что я описала для того чтоб отпуск был испорчен.
