Хорошее расположение, удобно добираться до центра. Удобные кровати и подушки, удобное заселение, персонал быстро отвечает. Очень чисто, это важно.
Устаревший и очень слабый кондиционер в спальне, может не хватить при сильной жаре. Было неприятно, когда собственник озвучил стоимость почти в два раза выше букинга. Нет морозильной камеры, испортили продукты.

В квартире можно хоть месяц жить, тут есть все что для этого нужно; рабочий телевизор с хорошей программой, неплохая кухня, чистенькая ванная и уютная спальня.

Cozy apartment, located in a well-developed area. Came to Yerevan on business, everything is within walking distance. The interior colors are light and cozy, warm shades. The kitchen has a powerful exhaust and a full set of dishes.
