  Fabulous apartment in a fantasatic location. 10/10

  Absolutely incredible apartment right in the heart of town. If you're going on day trips with Tour companies then there's one literally around the corner, plus restaurants and a 24-hour supermarket. The flat was very spacious and the balcony gives great views of the city. The bed was very comfortable and the air-con effective. The bathroom was lovely - I had an issue with a blocked drain but they resolved that same-day whilst I was out. There's a washing machine, plus drying rack, iron, ironing board, electric heater, hairdryer etc etc, so you can live well there. It wasn't the cheapest but was good value for money and i would recommend it to any friends who might now be inspired to visit Yerevan. Whist it's on the third floor, it's actually quite an easy climb even for someone as unfit as me!

  I think I'm right in saying here was no oven or microwave, which would have made things a bit easier. Also the area by the key box is unlit which was a problem when my phone battery died and I had trouble seeing the numbers. But these are fairly minor issues and don't let them dissuade you from staying here. I'd go back in a heartbeat!

  Остановилась бы еще раз. Очень четкие инструкции и понравилась автономность заселения.

  Все понравилось. Очень уютно, чисто, просторно. Балкончик просто прелесть.

  Небольшие мелочи. Когда зашли, в комнате стояла красная стремянка, портила эстетизм пространства))) Переставили на балкон. Был только один бокал для вина.

  A big, bright apartment in a great location!

  The property was neat and comfortable and really well located. The cupboards were stocked with everything you need from a short stay. I appreciated the quick and friendly WhatsApp communication with the property manager. I arrived very early in the morning and they were able to accommodate me with an early check in.

  The process for booking takes you off platform and this can feel risky. It worked out perfectly for me but it requires some faith!
