Great little apartment in a fantastic location.
Great little apartment in a fantastic location. Only a short taxi to Santa Park and Santa Claus Village. Accommodated our family of four beautifully, we felt very comfortable and at home during our stay. A great little supermarket only a short walk away, making cooking from the apartment very accessible during our stay.

Buen piso en zona tranquila
Piso cómodo, bonito y cerca de Santa Park. Muy bien decorado a nivel navideño. Preciosas vistas al bosque. Además, pedimos hacer el check in a las 13h y no nos pusieron problema.
El baño es pequeño y es difícil evitar que se salga el agua de la ducha. Por otra parte, nos preguntaron a qué hora haríamos el check out y les dijimos que a las 12h. Sin embargo, el día de salida aparecieron por el piso a las 11:45 con nosotros aún no estando preparados al 100% para irnos. A pesar de vernos allí y hacerles ver que aún no eran las 12, nos dijeron que "casi lo eran" y se quedaron en la casa para empezar a limpiar. Nosotros nos fuimos a las 11:55 pero con malas sensaciones. Fue un poco sorprendente que no hicieran por subsanar el error y se quedaran fuera hasta las 12 para que pudiéramos terminar de prepararnos. Quizás es algo cultural y allí es normal esto (la actitud de la mujer no mostraba ninguna contrariedad), pero a nosotros nos pareció fuera de lugar.
