Уютная квартира в старом фонде: тишина, уют и удобное заселение ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Останавливалась в этой квартире на улице Кожамкулова. Да, дом старого фонда, но внутри очень уютно и душевно. Впечатления остались хорошие. Плюсы: 🛋️ Очень уютная квартира. Есть всё необходимое для проживания. 🍽️ Посуда и утюг — в наличии. Всё под рукой, не нужно ничего докупать. 📱 Дистанционное заселение — очень удобно. Не нужно ни с кем встречаться, всё по инструкции. Приехал и заселился без лишних контактов. 🤫 Тихо — это отдельный плюс. В квартире спокойно, можно отдохнуть после шумного города. Рекомендую для спокойного отдыха в Алматы.
Не разобралась со стиральной машинкой.

I arrived at the apartment, only to find that it had already been given to another guest. One day before, I called the host to reconfirm my reservation, and I was assured that everything was confirmed and in order. However, just two hours before check-in, I received a message through the platform stating that they could no longer accommodate me and asking me to cancel the booking. Unfortunately, I was traveling at the time and did not have internet access, so I was unable to respond. Upon arrival, I discovered that the apartment was unavailable. When I contacted the host, she was extremely rude, stated that she did not care, and did not offer any apology or assistance. I traveled from another city and was left without accommodation upon arrival, with no proper prior notice or support from the host I lost a day dealing with this situation and experienced a significant amount of stress. The host’s behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional, which made the situation even more upsetting.

The apartment is managed by an extremely rude person (the host). The manager messaged me on WhatsApp saying the booking.com price didn't match the host's price and unilaterally raised the price! Then the host said check-in was only possible at 3 PM, not 2 PM as stated on booking.com. I had to find another option. I don't recommend wasting your time and paying for rudeness and a failure to meet hospitality industry standards!
