    Very good

    Location was excellent right in the old town.

    Three flights up and difficult to carry luggage through old town and up the stairs.

    It is a nice apartment in the heart of the old town, however some critical information was not communicated, or mentioned on the property information list. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (2nd floor according to the Croatian standards) of a non-elevator building. This information was not mentioned anywhere. It was just stated that upper floors are accessible by stairs only. I was traveling with my mother, and it was very difficult for her to climb three levels every day. Also, carrying the luggage up was a very difficult task that we did not expect. I did communicate this with the manager, and they said I should have asked which floor the apartment was on. This was very unreasonable. Our original booking was for three nights, but we ended up leaving the last night of our stay, and moved to a different apartment that was easier for my mother. There was no cooperation from the management. We had to hire someone to help us to bring the luggage down and move us to the new accommodation. We ended up paying for two places for the last night. Very disappointed! Also, it was mentioned that there is front desk services including concierge and tour desk. Non of that existed as this was just an apartment. It was noted they would provide toiletries but only body wash was provided. there was no shampoo and conditioner.

    Perfect apartment a must for visiting Old Town Dubrovnik

    Bed was very comfortable . There was everything that you needed . And aircon was superb .
