    It could be better

    The sea view, the short distance to the beach, the fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, and the nice swimming pool.

    The lack of air conditioning, poor soundproofing, and the noise from neighboring apartments. If you're unlucky enough to have three young people who enjoy partying nearby, you probably won't get much sleep at night.The bed linens could use replacing, as could some of the cleaning equipment (the broom, dustpan, and the vacuum cleaner, which has very weak suction).The last issue is the parking space. It's only really suitable for a Fiat 500, and on two occasions it was occupied by a neighbor, so I couldn't use it.
