  Amazing family accommodation with a beautiful large balcony.

  The property was stunning! The apartment itself was clean and it had everything - almost like home from home. The balcony was amazing - big, comfortable furniture, pool view , electric canopy to protect from sun. There was water and wine in the fridge on arrival. I loved the utility room with washing machine too. Having shutters on the windows was great for a good night sleep. There is a shopping centre/supermarket/Mcdonalds/Arcade/Starbucks about 15 min walk for teenagers which is handy and a small supermarket literally 1 minute around the corner. Robert the host was helpful - he even assisted us with accessing the spare keys when left in the apartment in error.

  Firstly, I can’t fault the apartment - it really was great - 2 sets of keys would be helpful for our bigger apartment and there were no shampoo and conditioner for use as stated but this is a suggestion rather than a negative. A recommendation would be to have a light privacy curtain on the bedroom/living room windows - at present, you either have it dark with the shutters or big bare windows for all to see in. My 2 negative points are about the surroundings/community area. Firstly - the situation of the apartment is close to a 7/8 lane motorway which is fast. We were apartment 1E so weren’t affected by any noise but the Adeje night life/restaurants/beach are a good 30 mins walk after crossing the bridge/flyover (over motorway) Secondly, this apartment is part of a residential community of different nationals/ex-pats. There is not a friendly vibe or an acceptance/welcome to holiday makers unfortunately. The rule book is extensive and every action/noise is judged with a stare or a comment around the pool - quite unnerving and the resident’s behaviour did spoil an aspect of our holiday. There is also zero for teenagers/older kids to do during the day.

  Espectacular apartamento

  Espectacular estancia en un apartamento moderno, limpio y muy bien cuidado. Ubicación en nuestro caso perfecta, a 5 min. en coche de la playa, pero alejados del mundanal ruido de Adeje y alrededores. Urbanización muy tranquila y con fácil acceso a la autopista. Sin duda una gran elección y que recomiendo sin duda alguna.

  דירה ממש יפה וגדולה. מאובזרת מאוד בכל מה שצריך. מיקום שקט ונעים. מרחק הליכה קצר מהחוף (כ-10-15 דקות) סופרמרקט ממש קרוב

  Está muy bien decorado , la ubicación, es muy tranquila la zona . Cerca de todo . Es un apartamento ubicado en una zona nueva y de alto standing .

  La ropa de cama estaba sucia . Las almohadas y fundas nórdicas no estaban lavadas . El colchón del sofá cama está a inutilizable . Es una pena porque todo el apartamento estaba muy bien .
