    Due to unexpected traffic congestion, we unfortunately arrived at our accommodation later than planned. Initially, we were unable to reach anyone by phone, and the printed contact number was incorrect. We then found an open apartment with the key hidden inside and assumed it was ours, so we settled in. A few hours later, however, we realized that we had accidentally moved into the wrong apartment. It was simply a small misunderstanding. The hosts handled the situation exceptionally well, showing us the correct apartment with great kindness and without any hassle, allowing us to move over smoothly. My sincere compliments to the hosts. The issue was resolved wonderfully and professionally. Thank you very much!

    L'appuntamento non era molto pulito, all'interno del mobile delle padelle c'era pieno di briciole, il tostapane dentro al mobile era stato usato e non era pulito. Era completa di tutto ciò che serviva per la pulizia, asciugamani ecc... La doccia era scomoda perché il doccino non aveva il piedistallo dove infilarlo e quindi dovevi lavarti con il doccino in mano. A noi non è piaciuto, anche perché distava più di 10 km dal centro di Parenzo
