    - Very friendly and welcoming host - Large apartments (2 separate rooms plus guestroom combined with kitchen) - Pretty fast internet connection - Everything available for a long-term stay: cooking utensils, washing machine, dishwasher, etc

    The main problem is location. The place is located quite far away from the sea-side and faces a pretty busy road and a construction site. What's worse, you'll live on the first floor and for example bathroom window faces some kind of a pedestrian road and anyone can literally look inside to see what's going on. It's quite noisy and all in all you don't feel comfortable. Also, the AC is installed only in the guestroom.
