    Sehr Enttäuschend und sein Geld nicht wert

    Die Lage und Außenbereich

    Sehr schmutzig: Lange Schwarze Haare und Wollmäuse auf den Fußböden. Benutzte Damenschlüpfer an der Tür im Badezimmer. Küche voll Krümel, Geschirr, Lappen, Geschirrhandtuch und Schränke schmutzig. Alte Spinnweben, Kinderbett wie vom letzten Kind verlassen, schmutzig. Kochplatten nicht funktionsfähig. Keine Beschreibung für die Nutzung der Duschkabine. Keine Gebrauchsanweisung für TV, Rückfrage beim Vermieter war auch nicht hilfreich, wusste auch nicht… W-LAN Gerät lag hinterm Vorhang. Schlüssel für Garage und Kellertür lag nicht in der Küche, Rückfrage beim Vermieter ergab, dass ich mir einen Schlüssel in der Nachbarwohnung holen konnte, dafür bekam ich den Schlüssel Code.

    Zentrumsnahes, ruhiges Apartment

    Die Lage des Apartments in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße gegenüber dem Schumannhaus, der Beginn der FuZo zu Fuß in 10 Min. erreichbar, in unmittelbarer Nähe Bäcker und Supermarkt, Tiefgarage im Haus. Die Größe des Apartments mit 2 Schlafzimmern und einem geräumigen Wohnzimmer mit großem Esstisch.

    In Bad und Toilette sind sehr kleine Waschbecken, die Ausstattung der Küche ist minimalistisch
