  Fine for a short stay.

  Very clean, but out dated apartment. It was great to have a washing machine, and owner brought us washing powder on request. Also good to have a balcony with clothes airer to hang washing in. The owner Ana was very helpful and kind. Very small kitchen but we didn’t cook so was ok for us.

  Pillows were very strange, flat foamy hard things. Sheets also not very nice, patterned and strange fabric rather than white normal sheets. Dark in apartment. Had to walk up hill to get to apartment and up steps to get to it and then up stairs on arrival with luggage

  This property should be rated as back packer. I will not be recommending this property.

  On our arrival, owner was not at the property. We were unable to contact the owner. We were left standing at the front of the property with no instructions. One of us stayed with our luggage while the other tried to locate the owner. Thankfully a kind neighbor was able to assist us. When the owner arrived she said was in a hurry for a 3pm appointment. She quicky showed us how to access property and left.

  The owner should have left us a message with lock box instructions if she was not going to be at the property, or should have been made available for our arrival. .Upon entering the property it was clear this was not a 3star property. power cords taped and left on living room floor and bedroom window sill. beds had 1 small pillow with oversized cover. bed was covered with what seemed to be a mattress protector. No other linen, bedding left in the rooms. Kitchen bench had empty food wrapper on bench. No kitchen tea towels. Microwave was sitting on a small table in the living room. We stayed at 3 other properties in Croatia over our 10 day stay, all 3 star! Our experience with all 3 other owners and their properties were all presented as one would expect for a 3 star property.

  Miejcesce całkiem dobre - jest trochę schodów do pokonywania dziennie, ale w Dubrowniku to raczej standard. wystarczająco dużo miejsca dla 4 osób. mały balkonik ale fajnie zagospodarowany (ławeczka dwa krzesełka i stolil. Szkoda, że nie było wiatraka na suficie.

  Apartamen można by było odnowić i dodać klimatyzację do sypialni - ta w salonie (jedyna) niestety jest za słaba (na szczęście apartament nie ma okien wystawionych bezpośrednio na słońce co ratuje temperaturę w środku).

  Pleasant stay. We recommend the apartment.

  Communication was excellent. The apartment was very clean and good value for money.

  We couldn’t immediately locate the apartment in the block but it didn’t take long to find it. It was very hot when we stayed so the air conditioning struggled a little to cool the bedrooms.

  Calme et bien situé pour un court séjour.

  L'appartement était propre et fonctionnel. L'emplacement est très bien, à mi-distance de la vieille ville et du port avec des commodités à proximités. Pratique pour un court séjour.

  Nous n'avions pas de serviettes de toilettes (oubli ?) et n'avons pas réussi à joindre l'hôte avant notre départ le lendemain. L'appartement est agréable mais il n'y a pas de vue sur l'extérieur depuis l'appartement, à l'exception d'une petite loggia (très cosy) donnant sur la cour intérieure.
