    Ist in Ordnung!

    Die Kommunikation mit dem Betreiber der Wohnung war sehr gut, nett und zuvorkommend. Die Größe der Wohnung und die mit unter zwei Kilometern entfernte Lage zum Zentrum sind ein Pluspunkt. Ein paar Meter die Straße runter gibt es eine Bushaltestelle.

    Die Ausstattung der Küche ist für einen längeren Aufenthalt eher minimalistisch aber für kurze Verweildauer okay. Bei der Reinigung der Wohnung, besonders Waschbecken im Badezimmer, Böden und generell Oberflächen, wäre noch Luft nach oben. Wenn darauf zukünftig mehr geachtet wird, auf jedenfall empfehlenswert.

    Appartamento nuovissimo, molto pulito, essenziale nella cucina, LDL a 5 Min e la domenica una stazione di servizio a 3 Min che ha piccolo negozietto

    Purtroppo l' ascensore era fuori uso

    Die Lage Aufzug war vorhanden

    Viele 'Flecken' (Wasserschäden?) an den Wänden Balkon (und - Möbel) waren sehr dreckig und alt.
