The perfect place to stay in Rovinj.
Having a terrace was wonderful and the view was stunning. The apartment had everything we could ever need, was only 10min walk from the old town, had undercover car park, 2 min walk to a grocery store. Was perfect!

Great apartment and city.
The view from the terrace was great. I enjoyed sitting on the terrace with my morning coffee and watching the sunset in the evenings. It was unseasonably hot while we were there but the awnings and shutters kept the apartment cool when we arrived back after being out during the day. We also liked the amount of storage for clothes and of course the location. Having secure parking nearby was also a great benefit.
No toaster for making toast. But only a very minor matter.

Wir sind durch Staus erst abends angekommen und ganz toll empfangen worden! Der Hausbesitzer hat uns begleitet und im Apartment alles technisch notwendige gut und verständlich gezeigt. Das Apartment ist über einige Stufen ( ca. 30 ) gut erreichbar! Es ist sehr geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Küche ist erwähnenswert positiv ausgestattet! Ein großzügiger Vorrat an Kaffeetabs für die Kaffeemaschine und es gibt auch auch die Möglichkeit für Filterkaffee oder für am Herd aufgebrührter Espresso! Natürlich gibt es auch ausreichend Tees! Ausreichend Warmwasser, gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Überall Sonnenschutz durch Rolläden und zusätzlich am Balkon mit einer großzügigen Markise! Gesicherter fixer Parkplatz war ein Hit! Nacht ist es ruhig und man kann gut schlafen! Es besteht die Möglichkeit die Wäsche zu waschen am Balkon am Ständer zum Trocknen bringen und anschließend zu bügeln. Alles vorhanden! Ein paar Schritte über die Straße gibt es ein gut sortiertes Geschäft mit Lebensmittel, Getränke und einiges mehr!👍🏻👍🏻 Erwähnen möchte ich auch über die andere Straßenseite ein leckeres italienisches Restaurant, sehr freundlich, gut deutschsprachig, super Preis - Leistung.! In ca. 10 Minuten erreichst man den Hafer, Altstadt oder den ersten Strandabschnitt mit sonniger Liegefläche .... nochmals 10 Minuten weiter gibt es eine wunderbare Liegemöglichkeit im Pinienwald von Zlatni Rat! Wir haben uns in dieser Woche sehr wohl gefühlt und nächstes Mal gerne wieder! Wirklich weiterzuempfehlen! Nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Vermieter! Freundliche Grüße Ingrid Spadinger
