    Estupenda ubicación y apartamento

    El apartamento está fenomenal. La terraza es ideal. El dueño es súper amable, le pregunté varias dudas que tenía y nos ayudó en todo. Tuvo mucha paciencia, ya que pregunté cosas de las que ya me había mandado información 🤦 Pasas el puente y ya estás en el centro.

    El aparcamiento es un horror. Fin de semana genial porque no se paga en la calle, pero entre diario hay unas 5 plazas un poco más abajo en la calle, en dirección contraria al puente, que son zona azul y puedes aparcar por 1 euro la hora. Si no encuentras ahí, el parking es un robo, 5 horas 24 euros.

    Grateful that Thomas arranged with the cleaning lady to hand over the apartment keys and let us place our suitcases in the apartment before check in time. Thomas is responsive and provides good service.

    Ants at the kitchen and power failure but kind Thomas is quick in providing solutions.

    Die Wohnung war ordentlich eingerichtet und sauber. Die Lage zur Altstadt toll. Die laute und unsaubere Umgebung ist sch

    Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Nähe zum Zentrum war super, ein kurzer Fußweg und man ist in der Altstadt.

    Die Wohnung liegt zwischen den Gleisen der Eisenbahn und einem Flussbett. Trotz der Lage im obersten Geschoss (Aufzug nur bis in das 6.OG, dann noch eine Etage zu Fuß), ist es sehr laut. Den ganzen Tag über rollen im Minutentakt die Personen-und Güterzüge vorbei, die Güterzüge teilweisen so schwer, dass es im Bett vibriert. Nur zwischen 0 und 5 Uhr ist etwas Ruhe. Auf der anderen Seite liegt der Fluss, der ununterbrochen rauscht. Wer es nicht erlebt hat, wird erstaunt sein, wie laut Wasser sein kann. Auch die Umgebung der Wohnung ist „gewöhnungsbedürftig“ und entspricht nicht unmittelbar dem Ideal einer Wohngegend.
