  Beware of property management company

  Beware, we were deeply mislead by the property management company. There is a great roof patio with great views.

  The property itself was decent. It is the very top floor with no elevator so be mindful if you have little ones or elderly people in your party. It is in an apartment and a lot of the people that live in the apartment smoke in the hallways and in their apartment and the smell travels up to the top floor. The apartment was overall clean, however it desperately needs a deep clean, as there is layers of dust underneath the beds and under all the furniture. Unfortunately the property management company keyone misled us through the advertisement of the property which I believe they have fixed now. To be clear this property does not come with a stubai super card and this property does not have washer and dryer accessible to guests. Also the parking is in a parking garage two buildings down which is a pink building in the description but is actually a white building. Be sure to get very clear parking instructions before you arrive. Also the accessing of the property is not very clear and they don't even tell you which lock box to enter the code on. I believe there are only two lock boxes so you just have to try it on both until one works. When you're looking at the building from the road the entrance is to the left side of the building just passed the corner shop. In the listing unless they have changed it, says that you can park in the parking spots directly across from the building, this is true but adhere to the time frames listed on the signs regardless of what the listing says. Ultimately if we were not misled we would have rated this place neutrally in the middle however we were misled that there was a washer and dryer because of the description at the time said that there was one available and also we are misled that there was a stubai SuperCard which was a value of over $500 to us. staying here cost us a lot of unnecessary stress and money and we even called the property management company before booking to verify all of the information so be warned.

  Sehr schöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage mit Parkplatz aber ohne Skikeller

  Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, hat eine super Ausstattung und einen großen Balkon. Die Lage ist perfekt: zentral, 1 Minute zum Supermarkt, Bäcker und Skibus, 3 Minuten zum Restaurant und direkt im Haus ist ein Skiverleih mit unglaublich nettem Personal. Es war alles sehr sauber !!! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt! Bei der Anreise darf man sich von dem unattraktiven Treppenhaus nicht abschrecken lassen. Der Aufstieg in die 4. Etage lohnt sich ;-). Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Parkplatz in einer Tiefgarage.

  Leider gibt es keinen Skikeller, was die Wohnung für Skifahrer mit eigener Ausrüstung leider unpraktisch macht. Die Wohnung liegt in der 4. Etage ohne Aufzug - für uns kein Problem, aber trotzdem wichtig zu wissen ! Ebenso liegt der Parkplatz etwas entfernt (3 Minuten Fußweg)
