    Appartamento pulitissimo e proprietario Ivan disponibile e gentilissimo davvero un' esperienza da ripetere! E poi la casa è in una posizione ottima a pochi chilometri fa tutti i servizi spiaggia compresa!

    Wonderful location at affordable price and very accommodating hosts.

    We had a great family vacation at the apartment. The place is very spacious and clean, a bit outdated but nothing outrageous for a seaside vacation. It is a ground level apartment with a few different floor levels/steps inside. It didn't bother us, but it is worth knowing. Free bikes are offered at the property. You can use the outside tap and hose to wash all the beach gear, bikes etc. There is safe private parking. Closest store is 5-min walk. The garden and terrace area still have so much potential for any future investments, like a swimming pool, lounge area, pergola. The location is perfect for walks and bike trips to the beach. Ivan & his family are great hosts, very accommodating, very attentive and they cater to every request immediately. We've known Rovinj since before and we like it even more now after staying at Milka.

    We missed the shade at the outdoor sitting area and some more armchairs, cushions. Lounge beds were really old. Some more ropes to hang wet clothes would be useful at a lower height. Squeaky doors and knobs at night make it hard not to wake up everyone when going to the bathroom. The noises from the neighbor's house bathrooms were hilarious and at some points it messed with our appetite. That is also why a sitting area in a more shady secluded part of the garden would be really welcoming.

    A leírásnak megfelelő volt az apartman közel a strandhoz és a bolthoz, a házigazda kedves volt.

    Közel volt a strand és a bolt is.
