    Zentral aber in die Jahre gekommen

    Sehr zentrale Lage (nur wenige Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt). Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. OG ohne Lift. Parkmöglichkeit direkt an der Unterkunft vorhanden (es erfordert ein wenig Geschick zum rückwärts einzirkeln). Wir waren 3 Erwachsene für 2 Nächte Anfangs Oktober 2026. Das Platzverhältnis in der Wohnung war ausreichend auch zum Frühstücken war genug Platz. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet.

    Direkt angrenzend war ein Fussballplatz - dort wird den ganzen Tag bis spät in die Nacht gespielt. Wir waren Donnerstag - Samstagfrüh dort und es wurde jeden Tag bis spät Abends (nach 23.00 Uhr) gespielt - d.h. bis nach der gesetzlichen Nachtruhe (22.00 Uhr). Der Lärm ging aber bis in die frühen Morgenstunden weiter mit Gejohle und Gesang. Am Abreisetag (Samstagmorgen) fanden wir auch etliche Glasscherben beim Parkplatz. Die Ausstattung sollte erneuert werden (bspw. Sofa ist in die Jahre gekommen). Bei der Arbeitsfläche in der Küche gibt es nur 1 Steckdose - d.h. man muss sich entscheiden, ob es Kaffee, Tee oder Toast geben soll. Die Betten fanden wir unbequem. Die Fotos auf Booking waren etwas irreführend (bspw. Kaffeeutensilien / Kamm, Wattestäbchen, Zahnbürsten etc.) - da nicht oder nur für 1 Person vorhanden. Die Waschmittelschublade der Waschmaschine war verschimmelt und die Glaswand der Duschwanne konnte nicht benutzt werden, da falsch montiert.
