  Absolutely horrible experience and worst customer service I have ever experienced.

  Easy check in.

  Would definitely NOT recommend! We had a horrible stay. Room was not cleaned after previous guests (dirty bed, towels, food etc). Tried to solve this with the host, but host didn’t believe us. He said it is ‘your word against the cleaner’s word’, that they wouldn’t help us further and if we weren’t happy we should cancel (which would make us lose our money and we wouldn’t have a place to stay). The tone of the host was rude, condescending and very uncooperative. Because cancelling would mean we would lose our money and it was too late to find another accommodation we felt like we had no other option to stay and we cleaned the apartment ourselves. I tried to contact the host again after out stay and told them I don’t want to negatively impact their business (even though I had a horrible experience), so I don’t want to leave a bad review and still had faith we could resolve the situation together. But again there was no cooperation and just rude messages. The host even told me he wouldn’t have stayed himself, but still didn’t want to help further. No matter how good the price may seem it is too high to spend on an apartment that is dirty from previous guests and a rude and uncooperative host who apparently thinks it is acceptable for guests to use wet used towels and sleep in bed sheets that the previous guests have slept in. If even the host doesn’t want to stay in his own apartment, why would you? Worst customer service I have ever experienced and the experience ruined our stay in Düsseldorf

  Wir werden leider nicht wiederkommen :(

  Die Gastgeber waren nett ( schriftlichen Kontakt ), immer erreichbar und die Lage war auch ok.

  Das Apartment ist klein und schnuckelig aber es muss definitiv noch auf die Sauberkeit geachtet werden. Im Bad sind die Bodenfließen verkalkt und rostig. Die Decke hat seltsame Flecken … der Wasserkocher auch verkalkt… in der Nespressomaschine war noch die Kapsel vom Vorbesitzer drin ( also wurde nicht gereinigt ) und einen Teebeutel aus 2018 hatten wir auch noch. Im gesamten MUSS auch überall der Staub gewischt werden. In der Küche oben auf den Küchenschränken waren angefangen Nudeln ( wahrscheinlich auch von den vorherigen Gästen )Das Bett war sauber und der Boden auch.

  When I arrived (at 9pm) I searched for a parking space for almost an hour, even though it was guaranteed. Then the apartment wasn't ready (it was still dirty from the last guests), so I had to look for a place to stay somewhere else
