I strongly recommend the apartment for 5-6 groups of friends (and Zadar as well).
Very attractive location, close to the Old Town while still being away from its noise and crowds. The apartment is beautifully and smartly designed, clean, and spacious, and comes equipped with many useful items and features, including Wi-Fi, air conditioning, very quiet fans, a large refrigerator, a large dining table, a dishwasher, kitchenware, an oven, a microwave, and a washing machine. The host is excellent, helpful, and highly responsive.
A few additional cutting boards in the kitchen would be helpful for larger groups :) But I can suggest it to every appartment in the world :)

Apartamento céntrico
El apartamento está a pocos minutos andando del casco viejo. Hay aceite, café, gel, lo necesario y bebidas frías en la nevera. Las dos habitaciones son grandes. No hay plaza de aparcamiento asignada pero siempre hemos aparcado cerca. El contacto ha sido muy fácil por WhatsApp.
Unicamente hay aire acondicionado en la zona de salón-comedor-cocina, los dormitorios tienen ventiladores pero hace calor. No hay sofá cama para la quinta persona, es un sofá normal, hay sábanas, eso sí, pero no es una cama que se despliegue y en ese espacio no hay persianas ni puerta. Es un tercero sin ascensor.
