Äußerst netter und vor allem anwesender Vermieter, der einem gerne in jeder Lage weiterhilft!
Extrem netter und zuvorkommende Vermieter, immer hilfsbereit, zuverlässig und sofort zur Stelle, wohnt offensichtlich eine Etage drunter! Der persönliche Empfang ist mir lieber als knappe Anweisungen übers Handy mit Schlüsselkasten! Sehr bequeme Betten und keine Schlafsofas wie in den meisten anderen Apartments, die Wohnung ist eher einfach und zweckmäßig, aber dennoch sehr wohnlich eingerichtet! Sehr großer Kühlschrank, alles sehr sauber! Schöner antiker großer Küchentisch! Die Zimmer können durch die alten Holzrolläden komplett abgedunkelt werden, im Apartment und Umgebung ist es sehr ruhig! Direkt um die Ecke ist die Tram mit der Nummer zwei , wenn man aus dem Haus kommt, zweimal rechts und in 2Minuten ist man da. Wir würden wiederkommen!
Die Küche könnte mehr Töpfe und Pfannen haben für die, die wirklich dort kochen wollen!
