    Should have stayed elsewhere...

    Nice apartment with plenty of space. Comfortable bed. Right next to the train station.

    The listing specifically mentioned air-conditioning which this property does not have. When we contacted the owner he informed us that the property benefits from 'natural' air-conditioning, by which he meant we could open the windows..... We have been in other properties in Czech Republic and Slovakia which also claim 'natural AC' but these were in old buildings with thick walls which were genuinely cool (18/19 degrees even when it was scorching outside). This apartment was not! To make matters worse, when you open the windows to try and let the air in, there is no space to walk around the bed as the windows open inward. There is no nearby supermarket that is open after 5pm.

    Everything was perfect from start - easy communication with owner, easy check-in. Property has good private parking. Apartment itself is very good planned and is larger than expected, was perfect for 3 people. It is very well equiped, and what is rare these days - many shelves and hooks to store your items. Nice bathroom. Location is perfect - close to all Tatra towns and also Poprad. Recommended.
