  Всё необходимое для комфортного проживания есть, ничего не нужно докупать в магазине. Стиралка, сушилка!, кухонная техника достойного качества. Очень удобное расположение, рядом метро, khinkali house (самые вкусные хинкали, что мы пробовали), все экскурсионные точки тоже рядом.

  Хозяева просили написать замечания или предложения, чтобы что-то изменить к лучшему. Мы не смогли найти недостатки или что-нибудь пожелать, разве что ещё раз выразить свою благодарность ☺️👍

  I loved everything about it—it was cozy, clean, and had all the amenities. But what I liked most was the location: it’s a 5-minute walk to the metro station, a 2-minute walk to the supermarket, and there’s a restaurant in the building next door. It’s a 10–15-minute walk to the park. There were five of us, and we all really enjoyed it.

  We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was excellent, with easy access to local attractions, shops, and public transportation. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

  A really well located apartment, close to the city centre, 1 minute from a supermarket, bakery and pharmacy, 2 minutes from the meteor shower station Avlabari. Self check in, communication easy. You can tell it’s newly renovated, very nice facilities, has a kitchen with a nice DeLonghi espresso machine, has everything you need. We didn’t cook so not sure about that but for a quick snack there’s everything you need. Has a washer and dryer, very handy. Apartment is on the first floor, so you don’t need to drag your luggage up some stairs. We had a really good time, would definitely recommend!

  The bathroom sink is placed quite high so it might be difficult for some people to reach it well. Also the bathroom doesn’t have a window and gets steamy really fast.
