    Замечательная хозяйка квартиры, гостеприимная и заботливая. Квартира уютная, чистая и просторная. Месторасположение очень понравилось, рядом метро, на соседней улице супермаркет, а в 10 минутах ходьбы отличный зоопарк.

    Понравилось все.

    Superb

    Located just 1 minute away from the Technical University station, this is clean and warm apartment.

    Few things have to be fixed, especially the toilet, which just needs to be replaced. It was a bit problematic to make window blinds to stay fully open.

    Very good

    A stovetop espresso pot would be a boon for foreigners, and an electric toaster great for anglophones. The building looks crumbling from the outside, once inside it’s hard to believe you are in the same place! It would be helpful to warn arriving guests that they will need a supply of 5 and/or 10 Tetri coins to use the lift, (going down is free).
