ביום ההגעה יצרתי קשר עם בעל הנכס בשעות הצהריים, הסברתי לו שנגיע כמה שעות לאחר זמן הצ'ק אין, מכיוון שאנחנו מטיילים בדרך. בהתכתבות ביננו ציינתי שאתקשר 40 דקות לפני שנגיע,. לאחר כשעתיים בעל הנכס התקשר וצעק שאני לא בסדר שאני נותן לו להמתין כל כך הרבה זמן. הוא דרש ממני לבטל את ההזמנה ולאחר מיכן לא היה מוכן לענות לטלפון או להודעות. מכיוון שהייתי בנהיגה בזמן ששוחחנו, הוא צעק עליי למה אני מדבר איתו מהרכב, שהוא לא מצליח לשמוע אותי. ניסיתי להסביר שאני בכביש מהיר ושאין לי איפה לעצור ולדבר ללא דיבורית, אבל הוא פשוט המשיך לצעוק עליי ולאחר מיכן ניתק את השיחה. גם אם יש אי הבנה, אין סיבה שספק יצעק על לקוח, בטח אם הודעתי מראש שנגיע מאוחר ואעדכן אותו לפני... בשל המצב שנוצר, נאלצתי למצוא מקום אחר, שפחות התאים לצרכים שלנו.

very big space with a full kitchen. Kids enjoyed having a bedroom each to themselves. It was easy to park and clean. The apartment was in very good shape with air conditioning - we were there in summer and it never felt hot.
The flush on the toilet was missing the cover, the stairway was a bit grungy and it was a 25 min walk from town.
