    The view from the balcony is AMAZING, truly one of the best views ever. Looking at Montazah gardens and the sea from the 17th floor is such a wonderful scenery.

    - Furniture is in bad condition and needs to be renovated - The owner didn't communicate essential details and weren't responsive - The elevator doesn't work two hours a day and we weren't told such an important piece of information. Imagine using the stairs for 17 floors - The microwave was being repaired - The shower head was broken

    The amazing apartment

    The location is amazing, the balcony is a piece of heaven, and the owner, Mrs. Yasmeen, is so friendly and supportive. She accommodates guests as per their requirements and even checked me in early. Mr. Mohamed, the officer in charge, is friendly and supportive.
