    Overall a decent stay in a good central location, with a helpful owner, but basic power backup would

    The apartment is located in the city centre, which is very convenient. The place was overall fine and comfortable for the stay. The owner was polite, cooperative, and easy to communicate with. One very positive point was that the security deposit was refunded immediately without any issues, which I really appreciated.

    The Wi-Fi was not working during the stay. I understand that due to the ongoing war situation in Ukraine, there can be electricity problems. However, since the apartment is rented commercially, it would be reasonable to have at least a small inverter or backup system for basic electricity so that Wi-Fi can work during power cuts.
