    Najlepšia vec je jednoznačne lokalita. Nachádza sa na pokojnom mieste, ale na pláž v zálive Lapad je to pešo asi len 8 minút. Čo je super, keď na seba len hodíš plavky a ideš rovno k moru.

    Excellent séjour

    L’appartement de Nikica est spacieux et fonctionnel, très bien équipé - il ne manque absolument rien. Le balcon est appréciable et l’emplacement idéal, à 3 min à pied de l’arrêt de bus pour la vieille ville, la plage et la promenade quelques minutes de plus.

    I had a very pleasant stay at this apartment. The host was kind, responsive, which made the experience even better. The apartment itself was cozy, comfortable, and especially well equipped for a longer stay. The kitchen had everything needed, including a dishwasher and full set of cutlery, pots, pans which made cooking easy and convenient. The bed was very comfortable, and the AC was a saviour. One of the highlights was the spacious balcony, which included an electric grill, perfect for relaxing evenings if you choose to stay in. Having a washing machine was also a big plus for a longer visit. The location is great, with the beach just about a 10 minute walk away along a road lined with restaurants. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for a comfortable and convenient stay.

    It's really a good choice if you want to have a nice stay in Dubrovnik. Every facilities are nearby, you can get easily to the old town as well as to the sea. We've appreciate that in the apartement you can find oil, salt, tea, sugar, etc. so you don't need to buy it for a few days.
