  Central Modern inside Belgrade Apartment Stay

  Location. Good area for restaurants, coffee shops and bakery. Easy to walk to attractions or get public transport. Good communication with host. A description of how to get in as well as the video would be good as the file sent was very large to download with limited data/ poor wi-fi elsewhere. The wifi in the apartment was good.

  Outside of building was dilapidated and covered in graffiti and not as expected from the other photos shown in the listing. The shared exterior appeared to be not maintained. The grand building in the photograph is the public building opposite - I had wrongly thought that was the outside of the apartment. There was some shouting outside at times. There are 2 codes needed to get into the property and a lot of stairs to the 4th floor with no lift. The lack of lift should be mentioned so customers with luggage know to expect that. On arrival the apartment stank of cigarette smoke from previous guests despite the fact it was no smoking. We could have been made aware of this by the housekeeper. There was no hot water on the final morning. We hadn’t turned anything off and the host had no explanation or apology. The tree light in bedroom 2 did not work. My friend felt this bedroom would be better served with proper twin link or a double bed rather than a sofa bed. The first two photos are the main entrance to the apartment block. The third is the view from the stairs 4th floor/ main bedroom.

  Couldn’t have wished for more

  Great location, clean, great facilities, Aleksandra was a great host and responded super quick if we had a question. Definitely recommend this apartment if you are visiting Belgrade

  🇷🇺 Русский Удалённое бесконтактное заселение по коду, без доплаты — очень удобно. Хозяйка Александра — вся коммуникация через WhatsApp, деньги оставили на столике по договорённости. Всё было прекрасно организовано! Тихий, хороший центр рядом со Скупщиной Белграда, пешком можно дойти до любого места. Достойный ремонт и хорошая шумоизоляция. В целом всё понравилось, отдыхали компанией из пяти человек. 🇬🇧 English Remote, contactless check-in with a door code, no extra charge — very convenient. Our host Aleksandra communicated entirely via WhatsApp, and we left the payment on the table as agreed. Everything was wonderfully organized! Quiet, great central location near the Belgrade Assembly, within walking distance of everything. Nice renovation and decent soundproofing. Overall we were very happy with our stay, five of us in total. 🇷🇸 Srpsko Udaljeni, beskontaktni check-in preko šifre, bez doplate — vrlo praktično. Domaćica Aleksandra je komunicirala isključivo preko WhatsApp-a, a novac smo ostavili na stolu po dogovoru. Sve je bilo odlično organizovano! Tih i sjajan centar u blizini Skupštine Beograda, do svega se stiže peške. Kvalitetna renovacija i dobra zvučna izolacija. Ukupno smo bili veoma zadovoljni, boravili smo u društvu od pet osoba.
