    I booked it, they and when asked them about check in instructions, they said it is already booked for someone else and I have to cancel it.

    Sehr sauber, trotz Zentrumnähe sehr ruhig, Klimaanlage und Ventilator, schöne Zimmer, gute Küchenausstattung, funktionierendes WiFi und sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter

    fleixble hosts, great location, not too noisy and very comfortable

    Great view from 2 balconies. sofa bed is ok you can sleep 4 people total although we had some people on deck chairs outside. very flexible with check in and check out although this depends on if they have an arrival the next day. incredible location right behind the leonardo’s bar (so ideal for watching the football) but is it not that noisy because there aren’t nightclubs right next to it. air conditioning in both rooms! has a washing machine and they had washing detergent which was awesome for us!

    shower was broken but they put a new one straight away which was great.
