Great apartment in central Yerevan with convenient parking on the street right outside the building. We stayed for 2 nights at the end of our trip in Armenia. The apartment has everything you need, even for a longer stay. The beds were comfortable and the shower is good with plenty of hot water. There's a Carrefour next door which is also really convenient, and it's a short 10-15 min walk to most of the main sights within the central zone. Would come back and stay again.

Tenía lavadora y detergente y frigorífico, era espacioso.
Olía mucho a humedad, mucho ruido y luz de la calle, solo un rollo de papel para 4 noches y nos hizo pagar todo el primer día en euros sin darnos cambio a pesar de decirle con previo aviso que no tendríamos efectivo en drams la primera noche y decirnos que no había problema.
