We really liked the apartment and felt that it was well worth the money. It was very clean, spacious, quiet, and well furnished, making it suitable even for a longer stay. The kitchen is well equipped, and the apartment has a dishwasher, washing machine, large refrigerator, drying rack, and Smart TV. There were also two air-conditioning units, which was very useful. The bed was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked well. We especially liked the balcony, where we could have breakfast and leave towels or clothes to dry. The apartment also has electric shutters, which were very practical. In addition to the main bedroom, there is a small room with a single bed, and the sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed. There were only two of us, so we mainly used the extra room for storage, but we think the apartment would also be a very good choice for a family with children. The building was very quiet and well insulated. Although there were other tourists staying there, we were not disturbed at all. We also had a private, free parking space right in front of the building, which was very convenient.
The apartment key has to be collected from and returned to an agency located in the town centre, which means making an additional trip. In our case, everything went smoothly and we received the key quickly, but it is important to keep the agency's opening hours in mind, especially if you plan to arrive later in the day or leave on a day with special opening hours, as was the case for us on Sunday. We recommend checking the key collection and return arrangements in advance. The apartment is located higher up on the hill in Primošten. The beach is approximately a 10–15-minute walk away, but the walk back involves going uphill, which may be less convenient if you have a lot of things to carry back from the beach. One minor detail for those planning to cook more often is that the refrigerator does not appear to have a freezer compartment, not even a small one for making or storing ice.
