Worst accommodation we have ever stayed in! Will be making official complaint to booking.com when I return home to Austr

    Nothing

The smell Lack of privacy Old woman that lived above constantly observed us from her apartment Strange men coming and going from old woman’s apartment (late at night) Shower leaked badly Bed bugs seen in bedding & sofa bed (we were covered in bites) The point of contact person Ivan was extremely rude anytime we messaged him I am making official complaint in writing to booking.com Will never book through website in future

Jasna
