Comfortable and satisfactory.
Host (Vato) was extremely kind, since we were arriving Tbilisi very early, we inquired if check-in was possible couple of hours before time, however, host was very kind to proactively block the day before for free so we can check-in at 6 am. As for the property, it was exactly as advertised - Clean and comfortable, easily reachable from center, has couple of super markets nearby and has everything you'd need for a stay. Holy Trinity Cathedral is just a few mins walk from the place. We stayed for 5 days and would love to stay here again in future.
