    Flat was comfortable enough. Room was big and beds were comfortable. Communication with hosts was easy enough.

    Flat is on a fourth floor without lift, so carrying big suitcases can be a big hassle. Location is distant from the city centre, and requires public transport to move around.

    Friendly host, but the apartment needs significant improvements

    Communication with the host was pleasant and efficient. They were responsive and easy to deal with, which made the check-in process straightforward and made me wonder if I should leave this review....

    Unfortunately, the apartment did not meet my expectations, especially considering the price. At over €70 for a single-occupancy stay, I felt it was significantly overpriced for what it offered. There is no lift, which may be important for guests with luggage. The apartment also didn't feel particularly clean. The carpets looked old and worn, and shortly after entering I encountered a large cockroach. Later, I saw another smaller one, which was quite concerning. The bathroom had a large opening that should either be sealed or at least covered with a mesh screen. It left me feeling uneasy, as it seemed possible for insects—or even rodents—to enter through it. The location is also not particularly central, so when combined with the condition of the apartment and the price, it didn't offer good value for money.
